As a Salesforce consulting partner, we adhere to Salesforce's partner code of conduct and data handling requirements. Client Salesforce data accessed during engagements is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement and is never used for any purpose beyond delivering the agreed scope of work.

By accessing www.fostacks.com or engaging Fostacks Private Limited for consulting services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Fostacks provides Salesforce consulting, implementation, integration, and managed services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in a Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties prior to commencement.
All website content, branding, and materials created by Fostacks remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Client-owned data, existing systems, and pre-existing IP remain the property of the client at all times.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for a period of three (3) years.
Fostacks operates as a Salesforce consulting partner and is bound by Salesforce's Partner Program Agreement and code of conduct. We do not make warranties on behalf of Salesforce and are not authorised to bind Salesforce in any agreement.
Payment terms are specified in each SOW. Invoices are payable within 15 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may attract interest as per applicable law.
Fostacks' total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We warrant that services will be delivered with reasonable care and skill by qualified professionals. We do not warrant that Salesforce platform functionality will meet all requirements, as platform capabilities are governed by Salesforce's own terms.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed to date. Fostacks will provide reasonable transition assistance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
